Survey
Typically, this activity consists of visiting Customer’s premises for at least half day with the objective of taking a snapshot of systems status and establishing their health. Recommendations from an expert’s standpoint are provided through a detailed report, which will allow the Customer to make informed decisions about the next steps to undertake.

Installation
This service is mainly offered to Integrators, Resellers and any other Suppliers which sold the hardware but, for whatever reason, were unable to allocate resources for the physical installation on site. Duration, procedural approach and day rate for completing the installation are discussed upon sharing some details about the final Customer and the project, in respect of an undersigned NDA.

Commissioning
Such activity is usually the consequence of an installation but, in certain circumstances, the equipment might be configured at the factory and installed by third parties. Ultimately, only the functionality on site must be verified according to a specific checklist. The tasks consist of going through the various tests in presence of the Customer and produce documentation certifying compliance and acceptance. Duration and day rate depend on type and quantity of equipment.

Maintenance
Normally, this activity follows a site survey where system components and their status have been clearly identified. Maintenance consists of a series of tasks ensuring systems to perform at the best of their capabilities. If not already in place, maintenance plans can be created for future reference, then Customers are free to perform maintenance themselves or to sign up for a maintenance contact.

Planning & Design
These are merely consultancy services and, after having presented the Customer with some designs and plans, they are free to proceed with their executions or to reach out other contractors for comparison purposes. Normally, these consultancy services are billed per project, based on duration and complexity.

Programming
All those tasks, not necessarily on site, which involve the configuration of new or existing equipment without need of physically having to install it. Programming is billed per hour, and rate doesn’t change between remote or on site.

Remote Support
It includes a little bit of everything described above but rates are more affordable and flexible because no traveling will be involved and service can be offered almost instantaneously. The only requirement on site will be a stable internet connection and a computer with remote software like TeamViewer or AnyDesk. Remote support is billed in fractions of half-hour and remote support contracts are also available.
